So...Let's Talk...Again: How to have Productive Conversations about Race and Racism at Work

We asked in a survey in July and you answered that you are interested in finding ways to have productive conversations about racial equity in the workplace. We gathered in August to talk about how everyday communications can empower or marginalize BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) communities.

In December, we'll go a bit deeper. Our panelists will offer tactics and tools for engaging on topics of racial equity and then we will practice using those tactics in a series of role-play scenarios.

We’ll explore how each one of us can play an active role everyday in our relationships, community, and workplace to support racial justice by understanding how to move from awareness to action.
